The Bible is our Heart Discerner
Category:SpiritualEzekiel 4:12 “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
Our heart cannot be trusted, we must go to the Word of God to discern it.
So many times, we feel a certain way and that alone makes many of our determinations for us. You cannot fully trust your feelings. They tend to be deceptive! “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” – Jeremiah 17:9.
* “He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.” – Proverbs 28:26.
We must go to the Word of God for our life’s choices, not our feelings, the Bible can guide us as Ezekiel 4:12 declares.
A child of God MUST be in the Word of God daily! If you are not in it daily START TODAY.
